Mothers’ Union Fellowship demolished their old building early this year to embark on the construction of a modern storied building that will increase on their income to enable facilitation and implementation of fellowship activities and programs. When completed the building will have a big parking lot that settles your car safely, a spacious function hall especially designed for trainings, conferences, seminars, weddings, retreats, graduations, birthdays and reunions etc, shops, nursery day care centre, a hostel, a gym and offices estimated to cost about Ug shs 12billion.
According to Mrs. Josephine Kasaato the Diocesan Mothers’ Union President, the construction is planned to last for a period of 2years. The construction process already started and the first phase of the foundation is almost completed. The Vice President of Uganda His Excellency Kiwanuka Sekandi presided over the ground breaking ceremony on 27th April 2018 and Bishop Wilberforce Kityo Luwalira dedicated the construction to God through prayer. He said when God starts something, He sees it to completion.

The President of Mothers’ Union and the construction committee appeals to all God fearing people, development partners, national leaders, friends and well wishers to support the mothers of the nation in realising the project within the planned period of time.
